Hmm.. something isn't right with that. The version is currently 1.3.2 so
in the file it is shown as 1032. You are running Licq version 422.3.0 it
looks like.

There is an auto upgrade feature. It does all the work behind the scenes
when it detects an older version. The only thing I wonder about is why
your licq version says 42230. It may not automatically upgrade because
the version is already high. If you manually change it to 1027 then it
may work.

But either way, you should make a backup of your licq directory before
doing anything.
