Yes, and if you autologin (ICQ+MSN) then go offline (ICQ only), the
trayicon will show the ICQ-offline icon, whereas you're still MSN-online.
If that can be considered as a bug, there's an underlying feature request
here: manage per-protocol autologin. For instance: I want to autologin
MSN, but not to autologin ICQ (for this feature, the component would not
be qt-gui, I suppose).
