#1409: licq-1.3.4-RC2 doesn't delete pidfile on exit

licq-1.3.4-RC2 does not delete the file ~/.licq/licq.pid on exit which
leads to an errormessage when starting licq the next time:
[ERR] Licq: Unabled to determine pid of running Licq instance.
Manually removing the pidfile is necessary to get licq started again.
