#1444: Bug showing version-number in Popup-Info+"Phone Follow Me"

I have got Debian SID, latest updates.
I think there is a problem with the Popup-Info-Menu. When I move the mouse
cursor over a person in my contact list, the Pop-Menu is coming. But i
sometimes miss the version of the licq-Client the person has (i know, they
have licq...). There is nothing like "Licq 1.3.4/SSL", even if they have
it.
I testet it with 2 licq-numbers and startet licq 1.3.4 twice. It was not
shown in the menu. It was only shown, if "Phone follow me" was set to
"active" or "not active", it was not shown, if "Phone Follow Me" was set
to "don't show".
And:
When the pserson has set Phone follow me to active or not active and licq
is shut down and restartet at this person, the version number is still
standing right there. But now "Phone follow me"-State is missing in the
Popup Menu, but it ist active!
And another thing: When I now try to set Phone Follow me Active to "don't
show" and turn off licq and then restart it, it is back to "active".
