New description:

in earlier versions it was possible to drag and drop files from konqueror
to licq-chat window for sending. now i only get the path written in my
chat-box.
furthermore would it be an great enhancement, when i don't would have to
wait that the other guy takes the transfer ( searching directory and so on
), but coult write ( and answer ) to his messages.
