Licq already creates ~/.licq/log.errors. If you want to help debugging,
you might want to start Licq even with the -d 31 flag by default. Make
sure to clean up the log.errors every once in a while. :-) The packets
will be logged to ~/.xsession-errors if you run it from your window
manager. If you run it from a console, the packets will logged to the
console, of course.
