#1487: licq can't connect

29.1.2007 licq suddendly stopped working and couldn't connect at all. i
had version 1.3.2. i upgraded to svn build from 30.1.2007 but it behaves
the same.
when i enable logging then messages are always the same:[[BR]]

maybe another protocol change from AOL? now i try to conect to port 21,
before i used default port and tried few other random numbers, result was
always the same
version of licq is 1.3.4 svn build 30.1.2007[[BR]]
its compiled by gcc version 3.4.1 (Mandrakelinux 10.1 3.4.1-4mdk)[[BR]]
kernel version is 2.6.11.11
