#694: Can not delete user from list

I see two ways in fixing this:
* Remove the user from the Invisible list if deleted.
* Keep the user in the Invisible List (but will still have to be in Licq
somewhere).
I think the first option is best, since if the user was in the invisible
list and gets deleted, it should mean the user doesn't want the user
anymore and doesn't care if they can see them as online or not.
