r5429 removed the explicit -rpath from all plugins but libtool adds it
anyway. This will not be fixed for licq 1.3 series. In licq 2 this is no
longer an issue since we use cmake there.
If you really must remove the rpath, I suggest using
[http://packages.debian.org/chrpath chrpath] or manually patching libtool
according to these [http://wiki.debian.org/RpathIssue instructions].
