Comment:
The qt/kde-gui uses the same dialog for all types of messages and will not
open more that one dialog per contact. When trying to open a second send
dialog (such as file transfer when already a message dialog is open) the
gui will just focus the message dialog.
To send a file while a message dialog is open, change message type to
"File Transfer" in the combobox in the message dialog (or toolbar if using
qt4-gui).
