I have an ICQ contact that, on licq startup, is marked with status
awaiting authorization. Due to this I get no status so he appears offline.

If I change server group, the awaiting authorization status is gone and
 the contact comes online.

I continue to see his status as long as I stay online. The next time I
logon the contact changes status back to awaiting authorization and is
shown as offline until I again change server group.

It doesn't seem to matter which group I change to. Locally the contact is
 member of two groups.

The contact requires authorization according to user info and he has no
 problem seeing me online.
Peer is using Licq 1.3.4 according to popup info.

I have (at least) one more contact which behaves the same way and AFAIK
 he's not using Licq.
