#1622: Licq reports contact as online after fetching away message

Getting an auto response request from a contact that is away or invisible
will wrongly change status for that contact to online visible.
Example: Alice and Bob are both away. Alice fetches Bob's away message.
Bob now sees Alice as online even though she's still away and other
contacts still see Alice as away. If Alice was invisible, Bob also sees
her as visible without the invisible icon.
Alice's network log:
{{{
21:41:04: [SRV] Requesting auto response from Bob.
21:41:04: [SRV] Auto response from Bob (#94).
}}}
Bob's network log:
{{{
21:41:04: [TCP] Alice (12345678) is Online to us.
21:41:04: [SRV] Alice (12345678) requested auto response.
}}}
This happens when both Alice and Bob are using Licq. Problem was not
reproducable if either Alice or Bob was using Trillian.
