When a user's status changes to an away mode,
automatically get the auto-response. It can then be
seen as a tooltip.
Comment:
The normal behaviour for most clients (including Mirablis ICQ and Licq) is
to set status directly before user has finished entering the away message.
The affect of fetching the auto response immediately would be that most of
the time we would be seeing an old away message, not the current message.
I know however that some clients (e.g. Trillian) don't set status until
the user has finished entering the message.
