#1634: qt4-gui with buddy icons sometimes uses 100% CPU

Using the latest svn version, I get 100% CPU for one certain user, when
using buddy icons in the message window. The CPU goes to 100% when I open
a message window for this certain user. For other users with buddy icons,
everything seems fine. The CPU load stays when I close the message window.
Attached is a callgrind logfile that can be analysed with kcachegrind.
