#1644: File handle isn't closed after canceled file transfer

I started sending a file and cancelled it before it was completed. After
this the file handle is still open by licq. Sending additonal files does
not make it close the handle.
Looking at the open files for the process (in /proc/<pid>/fd/) the file
can be seen. In this case I hade cancelled two transfers and both files
were still listed as open.
Problem was found after sending files residing on a removable media and
trying to unmount the media only to get "device is busy" from umount.
Problem was reproduced with both kde-gui and qt4-gui.
It doesn't matter which side cancel the transfer.
