#1651: Button for turning audio notifications on and off

It would be cool, if inside a message window there would be a button to
turn on and off the audio notifications.
Audio notifications get really annoying if you have a longer conversation,
but to turn them of you have to navigate into the settings dialog and then
to the notifications tab to turn them of for a while, same procedure for
turning them on.
I am still using the 1.3.5 version (debian-lenny), so i dunno if such a
feature was included in the qt4-gui.
