It seems like a mutex problem.
1) Did you also get a licq.debug_rw_mutex file? Please upload that as well
as it should give some more details on the mutex error.
2) Are you running 1.3.6 release or is it a dev version (from svn or daily
snapshot)? If dev, then could you give revision number?
3) Does the crash occur if you don't have osd plugin loaded?
