#1661: crazy behaviour after deleting contact

When deleting an user from contact-list, providing that it worked and licq
didn't crash, all users are unsorted, in range "online" are some offline
users, in range offline there are shown the rest, also some online ( blue
colored ) users ..
not very bad, but annoying
