Sorry for my english.
This problem is the same problem of 07/02/08.
A lot of users, for example, from Russia can not login to ICQ.
I get message from ICQ System(identificator 1) with russian and english
message:

The version you are using is not supported by ICQ. Download a free
authorized ICQ version from ICQ's official website.
A lot of ICQclients is not working(QIP, Miranda, Pidgin ...)
