Without having looked at what ICQ 5.0/5.1 does, it's pretty good guess it
uses uPnP. So I'm closing this ticket as a duplicate of #1604.
As for the problem described by the_mgt, if anyone can still reproduce it
with the latest Licq version, please open a new ticket instead.
