This bug does still exist in recent svn version.
When you tell licq to go offline it goes dnd as described above; now when
you tell it to go online again (which works before you echo "status
offline" >licq_fifo), it switches to "Free for Chat" status. The only way
to switch to Online again is to restart licq.
