Hello, http://licq.sourceforge.net/bugs.php has an old link to LICQ Developers Mailing List in a sentence "If you have found a new bug, please submit it to Bug Tracking or subscribe to the LICQ Developers Mailing List and post your Bug Report there."
In http://licq.sourceforge.net/contact.php there is a section "The Licq Mailing List" which also has old links to the lists. It should contain a link to http://trac.licq.org/wiki/MailingList instead. Regards, Nerijus
