Folks,
I've make some breaking changes to Lift:
* CometActors no longer take any parameters during initialization.
This makes code cleaner.
* SHtml.submit() and SHtml.hidden() no longer take a "by-name"
parameter. Instead the function to call on form submission must
be an explicit function. This means that it's more apparent
what's happening.
