Thanks Marius + David, I hadn't thought of using a for comprehension - thats nice Dave, I think id rather go with a solution such as that :-)
Using JSON / Javascript flash bridge with lift seems like overkill for such a simple operation - If i had a client side / 3rd party application that was more sophisticated and required a decent amount of data interchange, then sure, using JSON would be ideal :-) However for a simple one time form post I think its not needed. I'll give that a whirl and we'll see where we get to!
