The parser supports limitted html for security reasons.

I'll look into supporting the <notextile> tag.

Please create a branch and write up tests that fail for features you want
and I'll make them work.

Textile support is *very* important, but this code is 2 years old and has
had a lot of patching. It needs some attention.
