The templates are quite simple:
fist one:

<lift:surround>
<lift:MySnippet.save form="POST">
<render:textBoxes/>
<render:submit/>
</lift:MySnippet.save>
</lift:surround>

second one:

<lift:surround> //other attributes are ommitted
<lift:MySnippet.show/>
</lift:surround>
