Ok after I went to my maven repository and tried to unzip the scala- compiler 2.7.3 jar i got CRC-Errors. The maven-compiler.jar was corrupted so i got the error messages. No idea where this corrupted file was downloaded, but I deleted it, recompiled and everything works perfect.
