It seems that GAE/J has changed its configuration recently,
and you may encounter the crash with
'java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException'.
If so, please try the latest 1.1-SNAPSHOT.
For lift committers, it seems that 'hasContinuations_?'[1] has become 'true',
