Well, it wasn't :-) I checked my templates and it wasn't there. I can
see that the lastet templates generated by the basic archetype does
have the namespace decl, so I've just added it and everything is fine.

My templates were generated a while ago (by one of the arcehtypes,
can't recall which one). Wonder if the namespace decl was introduced
recently?
