Just a quick note: thanks to some work by retnuH on a fix script, I was able to (hopefully) get rid of all of the missing quotes in the master.pdf version of the book. There has been a lot of confusion due to this bug in LyX, so this should make things at least a little more clear. If you're reading along, please get the latest version of the book here:
