Ha - well I'm afraid you've just come into a crowd that's been heavily weened off that style ;-) In all seriousness the process is key to our on-going sucsess and I feel very strongly that our discussion, code, review cycles are the only way to produce quality code and keep the balence of stability for users.
I'm not a change nazi, but our process is absolutly vital...
