Done in dpp_issue_276. I couldn't get the compilation through, however.
For now, let lift-oauth-mapper be a peer to lift-oauth with dependency on lift-oauth and lift-mapper. We might have to do little bit of nesting down the line if lift modules get too much crowded at the top level. But that's not something we have to worry about at the moment.
