It is given by LiftRules.resourceServerPath. Resources places in /src/ resources/toserve fodler are not served by container, but they are served by Lift. There is a ResourceServer class that manages that. if you put your own resources here you need to call ResourceServer.allow (in your boot) and grant access to those resources. This is a security related mechanism.
