Did you "clean" out your code before you updated? I don't use maven, so I'm not sure of the exact command, but that seems to come up a lot on this list.
If you indeed did clean out the code before updating, then I'm afraid I'm not sure how to help you further. I've only used mappper a little and crudify never. If you manually put in a menu location, does that work? That should narrow down if it's crudify related or not.
