https://code.launchpad.net/~lbssousa/lightdm-gtk-greeter/fix-timed- autologin/+merge/257425 Basically, current implementation differs from that simple one by doing some additional checks in order to avoid authenticating the same user twice (when it's selected in user list, and when lighdm_greeter_authenticate_autologin() is caled). ** Also affects: lightdm-gtk-greeter (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of LightDM Gtk+ Greeter Development Team, which is subscribed to lightdm-gtk- greeter in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/854261 Title: Delayed Autologin broken by User List in Greeter Status in Light Display Manager: Invalid Status in LightDM GTK+ Greeter: New Status in LightDM Qt Greeter: New Status in lightdm-gtk-greeter package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: There is no way to set up time-out before autologin so other users could cancel the default login and log in themselves.
