Login screen needs a click to get alive, otherwise remains black.

Bug description:
After booting, the first screen appears black, then I need to make a
click with mouse to call the login screen. and it happens when I lock
the screen, it goes blank. But it does not happen with a
laptop/desktop with single primary panel, only happens with a system
with external VGA panel and with lightdm+lightdm-gtk-greeter
combination as installing gdm fixes the issue.
