Well, on the rare occasions I post something like this, the simplicity
of this one hit me, so I decided to post it. I've found great wisdom by
reading childrens books on a 1st and 2nd grade reading level even though
I'm capable of much more. The way the books were written might not have
been to have deeper wisdom, but since my relationship to the words has
changed, I can see the wisdom even if the writer could not.
I don't put myself beyond or "past" anything. I reserve that I may
look back on things I believed myself to have conquered and find that the
words are the same, but the meaning of the words has evolved with me,
thereby holding an evolution of meaning as well.
