I'm in the process of trying to instigate a rebellion against the phone company among internet users here in Japan. We pay far too much money in phone charges to use the internet. I'd like to ask you about how your phone company charges you for basic telephone use: Do you have to pay for each telphone call or do you pay a service charge that covers your local telephone calls?
