The file does not have a version header and is not in a syntax compatible
with the current version. Reading on the list suggests that this is a
problem with 2.14.2 and the respective LSR. As we don't plan to put out
further 2.14 releases, we won't fix this problem. If there should be a
functionally similar snippet for 2.16, one might try converting using
ly-convert, and if the result still fails, report that.
