Answering comment 6: the actual code in comment 5 makes no sense, since if
it's an F-G trill, it doesn't need a pitched trill anyway. Gould only
shows pitched trills with sharps and flats, so is no use. Gardner Read
shows a pitched trill 2 notes above the base tone, with a tone which is in
the key. There's no forced natural. Page 247. I believe there should be
no accidental if the trilled note is in the key being played.
