The recap forgets to mention that a certain plroskin prepared and submitted a small self-contained test case that has made it even easier for the gcc team to pinpoint the problem.
Excellent and very thorough work. While your earlier excellent and very thorough work had already established that your patch is the right way to go ahead, this feedback from the gcc developers reinforces that conclusion.
