I'm overriding this because Keith sometimes don't re-upload a patch which
only has trivial changes (and I fully support this behaviour). If it was
somebody we don't know then it would be useful to have the extra check of
requiring that we saw the updated patch, but Keith is awesome so that's not
necessary here.
Please push to staging.
