Generally looks ok, except for metronome-mark-broken-bound.ly: the dashed
spanner actually collides with trill spanner. See attachment, the
colliding dash is marked in red. The collision was present in patchset 40
- i overlooked it.
As for skyline-concave-padding, i think it's a good idea. Actually, it
seems very similar to "magnetic skylines" about which i talked recently ;)
I'm setting to Patch-needs_work.
