Can I just confirm the scope of this? Wherever we refer to "Linux" in the docs, this should be changed to "GNU/Linux"? There's lots of instances of this (found with git grep). e.g. http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/learning/other-sources-of-information
