the slur-symmetry-1 problem obviously doesn't depend on the patch; time signature positioning changes are intended (see comment 44); whole page changes (like slur-dash) are caused by vertical spacing changed due to changes in position of slurs below staff (see comment 58) - of those files only lyric-extender-broken has \break's. what other work is expected?
