These properties are non-functional, but 'gregorian.ly' still tries to use
them. The space they created before breathing signs was desired, based on
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2009-01/msg01152.html> and
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2009-01/msg00464.html>
Expect 'breathing-sign-ancient.ly' to show space before the three types of
breathing signs, which is a bug being fixed.
