Still cannot get this to pass. I got a different kind of error this time so
I manually did all the checks.
Start on clean master
mkdir build
./autogen.sh --noconfigure
cd build
../configure --disable-optimising
make
make test-baseline
all ok.
Then I applied (or tried) to apply your patch and got a ton of 'Hunks
Failed' messages.
Could you look at your tree and see if it is 'clean'?
