Changed screenshot is due to an extended regtest. This Rietveld review actually consists of two patches, the first just extending the regtest, the second changing the code. The important comparison would be just the difference between before and after this second commit.
Our review procedures make it unpractical to review the difference _after_ a changed regtest without creating separate issues, reviews, and countdowns for both regtest and program change. And that would be just too slow and expensive.
