I don't know why this bug is marked fixed. It never was!. I now installed
LilyPond 2.16.2 on Windows XP (using a separate Python installation). When
executing
lilypond-book.py --safe --pdf --latex-program=pdflatex
--lily-output-dir=ly-pdf "lilypond-bug.lytex"
on my example file I get:
E:\LilyPond\usr\bin>lilypond-book.py --safe --pdf --latex-program=pdflatex
--lily-output-dir=ly-pdf "lilypond-bug.lytex"
