Because when we add an issue to the tracker, we classify it in a consistent way - which you failed to do. How hard is it to follow the instructions above - i.e. post to http://post.gmane.org/post.php?group=gmane.comp.gnu.lilypond.bugs ?
Ignorind a simple request is in that way is not a polite way of proceeding.
